Introduction to Maid of Honor Wedding Toasts

Hi, my name is Natalie.  Because you’re reading this, you must be getting ready for a wedding party.  Congratulations.  I further guess that you are going to be the maid or matron of honor!  As you probably know, when being the maid of honor you need to perform certain functions such as helping the bride prepare her planning activities.  Just ensure not to get too caught up in all of the excitement and just remember your maid of honor wedding toasts.

If you are like me, then you may not have thought much about the speech. In fact, you may have forgotten about it altogether!  It’s true, I forgot all about my maid of honor toast until the week before the wedding.  I wrote this blog so that you can have some real-life tips and examples on how you can prepare for yours.

When I decided that I needed a wedding toast, I really had no idea on where to begin.  With a few days to go I was in panic mode.  Not only did I not know what to write but I also didn’t know if I wanted to be funny or serious.  The only thing I knew is that I wanted my wedding toast to be perfect.
